We're a locally owned paving crew serving Arvada and the surrounding Denver metro, doing driveway paving, sealcoating, repair, paver patios, and commercial parking lot work since 2013. Before running our own crew, Dave spent ten years running paving crews for one of the bigger Front Range outfits, which is where the base-compaction habits that show up on every job we do actually came from.
Why We Started This Instead of Staying With a Bigger Company
With outfits like PaveAmerica, Alpha Paving, and the handful of large regional crews working Denver, we understand it can feel overwhelming to pick one, especially when most of their quotes come back close in price and thin on detail. We ask you to give a smaller, local crew a chance instead, because you'll get the person who actually walked your site on the phone when something changes mid-job, not a dispatcher three layers removed from the work.

Services We Handle
Driveway paving and installation, driveway sealcoating and sealing, asphalt repair and pothole patching, crack sealing, paver patio and walkway installation, commercial parking lot paving and striping, asphalt resurfacing and milling, and tar and chip driveways. We also handle smaller jobs that don't get their own page: driveway extensions, drainage regrading tied to a paving job, and minor concrete apron tie-ins where a driveway meets an existing sidewalk.
How to Actually Vet a Paving Contractor
Ask to see a current Municipal General Contractor license if the job touches Arvada's public right-of-way, ask whether the quote includes tear-out and base regrading or just a surface pass, and ask for the quote in writing before anyone shows up with equipment. Any contractor who won't answer those three questions directly is worth a second look before you sign.
